Celebrating the distinctive regional cuisines of China, Jimmy Sung's menu offers choices that are the best of each. Every dish uses the freshest ingredients and health-conscious preparation. Hunan cooking, from the south west, with its hot and spicy flavors will have your mouth watering. Canton, from the south east, presents the essence of Chinese cooking with its light stir-frying techniques and textures. Shanghai, the kitchen of the east, is cosmopolitan and inventive, influenced for foreign taste. The Manchurian Cuisine, from the frigid north, is a combination of Chinese, Japanese, Korean and even Russian flavors.
