Restaurant Description:Hubbard Street Grill is a friendly, neighborhood restaurant. We draw our inspiration from the many wonderful restaurants that have made Chicago the great food town it is today. Our menu offers a sample of the popular, locally favorite dishes that have evolved from those great restaurants. We prepare the celebrated foods associated with our city, by finding the finest and freshest ingredients. We purchase our products from the original, and often times legendary purveyors whose names are synonymous with these dishes. Whether it is Baby Back Ribs from the Wichita Packing Company, a Center Cut Skirt Steak from the Stock Yard Packing Company or the finest, hand selected Prime New York Strip Steak from Paul Lapping and his PCL Foods, we always deal directly with the most distinguished houses.
